Individual visits are
available at $239 per visit after 4 years of treatment.
Most of our patients choose the Continued Care Plan — it keeps their care simple, avoids $239 per-visit charges after their treatment plan ends, and includes a $790 credit toward their next treatment plan.
*Manufacturer repairs are excluded. To receive the full $790 credit, your next treatment plan must begin before your 5-year anniversary. Without a Continued Care Plan, individual office visits are $239 per visit after 4 years of treatment.
