Every level of Pure Charge&Go MaX runs all four AI networks, with the same battery, connectivity and app. What changes is how much help you get in the hardest listening situations, mainly how many talkers the hearing aids can track at once. Your specialist will match the level to how often you’re in busy, multi-speaker settings.
- MaX 7: tracks up to three talkers independently, with SpeechFocus for voices beside or behind you

Already wear Signia? IX is still supported
Signia Integrated Xperience (IX) models, including Pure Charge&Go IX and BCT IX, remain excellent hearing aids, and we continue to fit, program and service them. If yours are working well, you don’t need to replace them. If you’re due for new devices, MaX’s four AI networks are the reason to step up; bring your current pair and we’ll let you hear the difference side by side.
Hearing loss in one ear? MaX does not support CROS at launch. Tell your specialist and we’ll recommend the right option for single-sided hearing loss.

What’s new about Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX?
MaX is Signia’s new Multi-adaptive Xperience platform. Instead of one processing engine, it runs four AI networks together, for speech, noise, your surroundings and your own voice, so it can follow group conversations while keeping a natural sense of the room. It’s rechargeable, lasts up to 30 hours per charge and comes in three technology levels.
Do I have to buy the newest model?
No, and we’ll tell you if you shouldn’t. Signia IX models are still strong hearing aids that we fit and service, and many patients are best served by a lower technology level or a different brand entirely. The evaluation comes first; the device recommendation comes out of it.
How is MaX different from Signia IX?
IX focused on following conversations in noise. MaX builds on it with four coordinated AI networks, including a dedicated own-voice network that no longer needs a training step at your fitting. Signia reports its conversation enhancement now processes 75% more data per second than IX, in a case no larger than before.
Which Signia level is best for restaurants and group conversations?
MaX 7. It can track up to three talkers independently in noisy group conversation, and it includes SpeechFocus for voices beside or behind you. MaX 5 tracks one focused talker. Your audiologist will help you weigh whether that extra processing matters for how you actually spend your time.
Can I stream phone calls and audio with Signia hearing aids?
Yes. Pure Charge&Go MaX supports Bluetooth Classic and Bluetooth LE Audio for hands-free calls, music, video meetings and TV, and the Signia One app lets you adjust settings from your phone. The hardware is Auracast-ready, with broadcast audio planned for a software update in early 2027. Compatibility with your specific phone is confirmed at your fitting.
Does Signia MaX have a telecoil for hearing loops?
Yes. Every Pure Charge&Go MaX level includes a telecoil, so you can connect to hearing loop systems at churches, theaters and public buildings.
Do Signia hearing aids need to be programmed for my hearing loss?
Yes. Signia hearing aids are professionally programmed to match your hearing test results and comfort preferences, then verified with Real Ear Measurement and fine-tuned at follow-up. The same hearing aid can sound very different depending on who programs it.
Does insurance cover Signia hearing aids?
